Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 8-10 brussel sprouts, halved

  • 2 tbs sesame oil

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 3 gloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp water + 1tsp flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbs sesame seeds

1. Preheat oven to 425F

2. Combine oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and garlic in a bowl

3. In a separate bowl, add water and flour. Whisk until there are no clumps.

4. Add this to the first mixture, and mix well.

5. Add brussel sprouts to bowl and mix well, making sure each is coated well.

6. Pour into a baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tsp sesame seeds.

7. Cook for 25-30 mins. Halfway through, gently mix brussel sprouts around and add the rest of the sesame seeds.
