1. Add 3 cups vegetable broth to a pot and heat on medium high.
2. Once boiling, add potatoes, carrots and celery.
3. Turn heat down to low and add spices.
4. Combine 1/4 broth and flour and whisk quickly until smooth
5. Add flour mixture to the pot and stir.
6. Simmer for about 25 minutes.
7. Meanwhile cook Gardein chicken according to package instructions.
8. Slice chicken to small pieces and set aside.
Add chicken to pot in last 5-10 mins of soup cooking & done
