Spicy Garlic Noodles

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tbs butter

  • 2 t sesame oil

  • 2 tbs soy sauce

  • ½ tsp ginger- grated

  • 1 tsp red chili flakes

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbs sriracha

  • 4 cloves garlic-minced

  • ½ cup green onions- chopped (about 4 green onions)

  • 1 tbs sesame seeds

  • 1 package Ramen/udon/lo mein noodles

1.      Cook noodles according to package directions while you cook your sauce.

2.      Add oil to a saucepan and heat on medium low heat.

3.      Add in garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir frequently & keep from burning.

4.      Add in soy sauce, ginger, ½ of the green onions, sriracha and butter.

5.      Stir as butter melts and cook for another 2 minutes.

6.      Remove from heat and stir in garlic powder and chili flakes. *Adjust seasonings to your preference

7.      When noodles are ready, add noodles to the sauce and stir.

8.      Top with green onion and sesame seeds
