1. Cook Ziti or Cavatappi according to instructions, in a large pot.
2. Add butter to a small saucepan on medium-low heat.
3. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add in garlic, vegetable broth and pasta water.
5. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper and turn heat on low.
6. Drain Ziti. Return it to the pot and add sauce to the Ziti.
7. Stir in cheese and basil. Top with crushed red pepper.
