Where to begin?

  • High in flavor

How to cook it:

  • First, pre-heat oven to 400F.

  • Slice small slits all around the squash for air to release. About 20 slits of so.

  • Now, bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, and cut in half.

  • With a fork, scoop out all of the seeds and the soft squash from the inside.

  • Drizzle with oil and sprinkle both halves with salt and pepper.

  • Bake again for another 30 minutes.

  • Remove squash and with a fork, pull apart all of the strings/spaghetti inside.

  • Proceed w/ any recipe, add sauce, or add oil, salt and pepper to enjoy!
